Two ways to unlock the cash already moving through your business.

Most growing companies don't have a profit problem — they have a timing problem. Customers pay slowly, suppliers want money now, and the gap is where great orders turn into stress. We close the gap.

Common questions

The things people ask before they apply.

Do you finance businesses outside the United States?

No — we finance U.S.-based deals only. Your business must be organized and operating in the United States, and the invoices or purchase orders being financed must be owed by U.S.-based customers.

We do not fund businesses, receivables, or purchase orders located outside the United States, and we are not able to make exceptions. If your company is based anywhere other than the U.S., we are not the right lender for you and we would rather tell you that here than waste your time.

What's the difference between A/R and purchase order financing?

Accounts receivable financing advances cash against invoices you've already issued for work delivered — typically up to 90% of invoice value. Purchase order financing funds the cost of fulfilling a confirmed customer order before you invoice, paying your supplier so you can deliver.

Plenty of businesses use both: P/O financing to deliver the order, A/R financing to bridge the wait for payment.

How fast can you actually fund?

A term sheet typically follows within 48 hours of a complete file, and funding usually lands 3–7 days from application to wire. The pace depends mostly on how quickly you can get us your customer list, aging report, and the order or invoices in question.

How large a facility can you provide?

Facilities run from $50,000 to $10 million, right-sized to your receivables. The line scales as your receivables grow, so you're not renegotiating every time you land a bigger customer.

Will we qualify if a bank already turned us down?

Often, yes — bank turn-downs are a large part of what we fund. Underwriting is based primarily on your customers' credit rather than your tax returns, so startups, turnarounds, and tax-lien situations are all workable for U.S.-based businesses. Submitting an inquiry doesn't pull your credit.
